To change your subscription, email us at customerservice@eeme.co with your name and your account's email address. Your request will be processed within 1 business day. Your subscription change will be active in the next project shipping month.

We ship all our project kits using USPS Priority Mail and have free shipping for all customers within the U.S. Please contact us about expedited shipping and shipping outside the US - customerservice@eeme.co.
We understand the many options available to you as a parent for what to buy for your kid. We respect your time and resources so if there is any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will be more than happy to provide a 100% refund upon receiving the returned project.
